This study was produced by Nalule Energy and Minerals Consultants (NEM Energy) under commission from the Extractives Industry Transparency Initiative (EITI) International Secretariat with support from USAID. The study assesses how contractual provisions are responding to, or reflecting energy transition scenarios, and highlights areas to be included or strengthened that will be beneficial for all energy stakeholders.
